Manuela Busetti and Andrea Garuti met during their studies and immediately discovered their affinity as designer. In the 2003 they decided to start a parallel freelance designer activity and co-operates with the most important industrial design studios in Milan. During the XX Compasso d'Oro and 50°anniversary of ADI, they received the "Young Selection" for the project
"Double".In 2007 they won the first prize of the "Playing Design" competition, organized by Lissone town and patronized by La Triennale in Milan, with the innovative cradle "Culla Belly". In 2008 they' were selected by La Triennale and Regione Lombardia for partecipating at the experimental project "Prime Cup": 17 young designers designed new industrial products for 23 companies in Lombardia, in order to increase their competitiveness through innovations and a new design culture.
For iB Rubinetterie they specially designed the kitchen mixer Snake.
